Hot to Install a PEX Manifold with pex tubing for radiant heating and domestic Water to a Wall Hung Gas Combi Boiler like we sell. Since it's a is a combi boiler - you get domestic hot water going into a plumbing pex manifold for potable domestic water. This diagram would also be applicable for other Combination Hot Water Boilers.  The one thing wrong with this picture is that there is no Primary Loop which is required with all boilers today.

The Radiant Heat Manifold is on the Left and has 8 Loops and takes heated water directly out of the boiler. You can do this because this is a Condensing boiler and boiler can be set how ever low you want. If you have 2 temperature zones, then you would set the boiler for the highest zone temperature and then add a mixing valve to reduce the PEX Tubing Loop(s).

The Plumbing Manifold is on the right and 24 Ports for cold and hot water. You can use 1/2 or 3/8 inch Plumbing PEX or a combo of the two.
